The acid water disposal (reference):
Regulating tank, mainly used for adjusting the water quality and making the waste lead dust and sediment, can be effective precipitation and collection. Regulating tank need install level controller and pump.
pH regulation and reaction pool: intermittent reactor operation and regulation of pH. Acid water will flow into the reaction tank by a pump. To control the water level, the lye pump starts running at the same time. pH-regulated by pH automatic control instrument control.
Coagulation, and sedimentation: coagulation and sedimentation are together. Concrete is from lifting pipeline to concrete tank, the pump will draw the water into the concrete groove from reaction pool, flocculant use PAC, coagulant using PAM
Adsorption, this project uses activated carbon adsorption to treat the lead water once again and the removal of tail water with floats.
The tailwater system, the clean water tank, water level controller and pump, can reuse water in workroom and discharge.

The Melting Pot (or Refining Pot or Alloying Pot, as it is variously called), is a mechanical mixing device with a pot and a heating arrangement. The inner pot is made of heavy MS plate with dish end bottom. It is placed within a jacket of refractory bricks, which in turn, are protected by an outer cover of MS plate with reinforcements. The pot is covered at the top with opening for feeding lead ingots and is provided with an electro-mechanical mixer. At the bottom, a heating source, usually an oil fired burner, is provided to heat the pot and to melt the lead. Once lead melts, impurities are skimmed and removed and any consumables required are added. Lead is then drained from the pot through an outlet pipe and valve. The capacity of such pots depends upon the requirements of particular units. Higher capacity pots are also manufactured as required by any particular establishment.

Fugitive Emission Control System are used where either some point sources of Air Pollution remain after installation of Primary Air Pollution Control System or the Air Pollution generated is not substantial in nature or quantity, nevertheless has to be controlled. These are basically Air Pollution Control Systems generally based on Dry type control technologies, either Bag Filter based or Cyclonic Separator based.
